A learnership is a structured learning program that combines theory (classroom-based learning) with practical workplace experience, allowing you to gain valuable skills, obtain a full qualification, and improve your employability.
By enrolling in a learnership, you will be contracted and employed for a period of 12 months. During this time, you will be expected to attend work according to the host site’s standard working hours, participate in training sessions, and complete assessments as part of the qualification.
