Responsibilities:
- Cleaners
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and common areas.
- Assist with waste disposal and ensure sanitation standards are met.
- Perform scheduled deep-cleaning tasks as required.
- General Workers
- Support daily operations, including stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining a tidy environment.
- Help in receiving and organizing inventory in the stockroom.
- Perform basic maintenance tasks when needed.
- Cashiers
- Handle cash and card transactions efficiently at the point of sale.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with product inquiries and returns.
- Ensure cash handling procedures are followed accurately.
- Shelf Packers
- Stock shelves with new merchandise and ensure products are displayed correctly.
- Maintain inventory levels on the sales floor and in the backroom.
- Assist with labeling, organizing, and keeping track of stock levels.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 10
- Experience: No previous experience is required, as full training will be provided for selected candidates.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary:
- Cleaners: R4,000 – R5,000
- General Workers: R4,500 – R5,500
- Cashiers: R5,000 – R6,000
- Shelf Packers: R4,500 – R5,500
Salaries are competitive and based on experience and role-specific responsibilities.
